• Regular and multiple customer visits to understand new requirements through detailed interactions with customer technical team.
• Develop hydraulic solution around the requirement & address customer queries.
• Customer relationship management from a long term perspective.
• Submission of hydraulic circuit, GA drawing, BOM & 3D modeling and getting the same approved by customer.
• Appoint stockist at different geographies and manage them with monthly order schedule.
• Involve in resolving any issues both technical and commercial with OEM, stockist & end customers.
• Follow-up with plant on delivery schedule and provide necessary support during assembly & testing.
• Meet monthly targets.
